Your rights when returning Asteratrix
1. Your Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and Dutch consumer law, you have the right to cancel your purchase and return the product within 14 calendar days from the date you receive the goods, without providing any reason.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To exercise your right of withdrawal, notify us clearly before the 14-day period expires by:
- Sending an email to: call-askinf@qorlyraxchun.world with your order reference and a clear statement of your wish to withdraw
- Writing to us at: Qorlyraxchun, Marktplein 9, 7607 HN Almelo, Netherlands
You will receive an acknowledgement of your withdrawal request within 2 business days.
3. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a full refund:
- The product must be returned in its original, unopened and undamaged packaging
- The product seal must be intact
- The product must be returned within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal
Please note: In accordance with Article 16(e) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if the seal has been broken after delivery. Opened products cannot be returned.
4. Return Shipping
The cost of returning the product is borne by the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. Please send returns to:

5. Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. You will be notified by email once your refund has been processed.
If the product is returned damaged, used, or not in its original condition, we reserve the right to deduct an amount reflecting any diminished value.
6. Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us at call-askinf@qorlyraxchun.world within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including any return shipping costs.

If you are not satisfied with our handling of a return or complaint, you may contact the Netherlands Consumer and Market Authority (ACM ConsuWijzer) at consuwijzer.nl, or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
