The Asteratrix food supplement described on this website is available for purchase by adults aged 18 and over who are resident in the Netherlands and other EU member states. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet these criteria.

Prices displayed on the website are in Euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to amend prices at any time. An order is confirmed only upon written confirmation from us.

4. Consumer Rights — Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the Dutch Act implementing this Directive, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days from the day you receive the goods, without providing a reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement sent to call-askinf@qorlyraxchun.world or by post to Marktplein 9, 7607 HN Almelo, Netherlands, before the 14-day period expires. You must return the product in its original, unopened packaging at your own cost. We will reimburse you using the same means of payment used for the original transaction, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery.
